Email Troubleshooting


Sometimes companies are asking me to come to a problem solver email them. Typically, this occurs when the email campaign has gone a bit pear-shaped, and the results are not what we expected. This can result in the company has sought to manage the e-mail campaign internally without professional advice or have tried to do on the cheap. My examination of the results are usually pretty simple. The complete lack of attention to detail!

It always amazes me that some of the marketing campaigns email newsletters, and even that the case may be, inter alia, distorted or missing images, broken links or links that will lead you in the wrong direction. How frustrating it is when you have had an interest born by e-mail, I wanted to know more details, and then goes in general? Do you want me to say, very frustrating!

I urge anyone reading this article, if you are building an email campaign, make sure that all the images and links can be explained. Try something radical and test the e-mail before sending it to the database! Sorry if this sounds funny, but it's amazing how many people do not!
